“Our family lives just blocks from Liberty State Park, an urban jewel that for many of our neighbors is our common backyard, and where my wife and I take our daughter most weekends. And I look forward to the park reaching its full potential.
“But as I’ve said time and time again, Caven Point must be entirely off limits and preserved in its current and natural state. Losing Caven Point would be an irreversible loss. And that is something I will always stand against.
“I am glad to see that the contamination in the park is finally going to be remediated and that recreation and community-centered improvements might soon be added to give children, adults, and seniors of our community options and help the park reach its full utilization.”
