NEW JERSEY – Congressman Rob Menendez has been endorsed for re-election by the New Jersey Education Association and the National Education Association, the largest unions of teachers and education support staff in the state and country.
“NJEA is proud to stand behind NEA’s endorsement of Rep. Menendez,” said NJEA President Steve Beatty. “He is a strong advocate for public education and a champion for the rights of unions and all working people. He also stands with families in his district – including immigrant families – against the destructive policies and dangerous rhetoric coming from the Trump administration. He’s a leader and ally who we need in Congress standing up for New Jersey and for our democracy.”
